Try these before opening a ticket

These steps resolve many common router, fiber, and speed-related issues.

Reboot your router

  • Power off router and ONT for 15 seconds.
  • Power ONT first and wait about 60 seconds.
  • Power router and wait 2–3 minutes.

Check LOS / PON lights

  • If LOS is red or blinking, it may be a fiber signal issue.
  • If PON is off, confirm power and cable seating.
  • Report the light status to support.

Run a better speed test

  • Use 5GHz Wi-Fi or ethernet where possible.
  • Pause downloads, cloud sync, and VPNs.
  • Test near the router for comparison.
